Refund policy

RETURNS

Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept the return of a peipei.  Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

 

 

REFUNDS

If a peipei's coordinator cancels a crowdfunding effort, then you will have a choice of refund:

-Full refund in the form of store credit, or

-Refund of purchase amount on your original payment method less 10% in re-stocking fees

 

 

GIFT CARDS/DEPOSITS

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Since deposits are in exchange for a gift card, the policy is the same and deposits are also non-refundable.

Gift cards and gift cards from deposits are transferable and may be shared.

 

 

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please don't panic! It is common that carriers mark a package as delivered before it is actually delivered.

If you still have not received your package after 48 hours contact us and we will discuss next steps.

These steps may include you reaching out to the carrier, us reaching out to the carrier, you filing a police report, and/or us filing a claim for an insurance payout.
